GetSVG compared with other vectorizers
There are good reasons to use each of these. The table is meant to help you pick, not to win an argument: if you need to vectorize a photograph, or a DXF for a CNC machine, GetSVG is not the right tool and the others below are.

When to choose GetSVG
- The picture is a logo, wordmark, icon, signature, sketch or flat illustration.
- The file must not be uploaded — client logos, unreleased branding, anything under NDA.
- You want the result in a few seconds, without an account, and with layers per colour.
- You want to see the anchor points before you commit to the download.
When to choose something else
- Photographs or painterly art: Vectorizer.AI's learned tracer, or Illustrator's high-fidelity photo preset.
- DXF/EPS for cutting machines: Vectorizer.AI or Inkscape (or open GetSVG's SVG in Inkscape and save as DXF).
- You will edit the shapes heavily anyway: trace directly inside Illustrator or Inkscape to stay in one tool.
Try GetSVG on the examples or with your own file on the vectorizer.
